Event Schedule:
- 5:00pm Silent auction, cash bar and live music by Gary LaRue singing the hits of the Rat Pack era and other easy listening classics
- 6:30pm Dinner followed by program, live auction, Fund-The-Vision, Ears & Tails game and auction check-out
Menu – Catered by the Lake Elmo Inn:
Festival Salad – GF, V – pears, apples, oranges, dried cranberries, pecans, and gorgonzola on mixed greens with a champagne vinaigrette
Plated Dinner Choice of:
- Pork Filet Mignon – GF, NF – pan seared pork filets with jus lie and spiced apples; served with potato pancakes and vegetable medley
- Potato Crusted Walleye – GF – pan fried walleye topped with lemon butter and gremolata; served with wild rice and asparagus
- Champagne Chicken – GF – chicken breast topped with champagne cream sauce; garnished with red grapes; served with wild rice and asparagus
